Moxy Southampton Hotel

The hotel is fairly clean, with very pleasant personal, and offers favourable location right by West Quay shopping mall, bars, restaurants and large shopping mall, and Southampton and surrounding area. Totally recommended for overnight stay.

Unbeatable and incredible location close to restaurants, bars and restaurants, shopping centre and a club, only 5 minutes walk from Tudor House and Garden. Also, right next to everything you could need a friendly staff.

It has decent and unique location for visiting Westquay Shopping Mall.

Checking in at a busy bar isn't ideal, especially if you're looking for a quick process. The lack of a proper space to hang clothes-just a few pegs on the wall-might be inconvenient for longer stays. While the noise from the bar can add energy, it also means that if you're trying to work in the lobby, the music and buzz can be distracting. The absence of a mini fridge and coffee machine in the room felt a bit off for a modern hotel like this. The limited air conditioning options meant opening the window brought in external noise from nearby bars, not great if you're looking for a quiet night before an early cruise. Finally, minor details like the type of tea offered and limited supplies for making drinks could use some improvement.

Comfortable room, great location, with convenient amenities like 24-hour reception and games in the lounge area for relaxation, right next to a shopping complex and a short walk from numerous restaurants.

Staff were really friendly, gave me all the info I needed. The room was clean n comfy, def felt modern. Great location next to shops and took a short walk to see the sites. The automatic bed lighting was a lifesaver at night.

They should really think about getting a carpet cleaner for the corridors n some areas were a bit dusty. Had some noisy neighbors , made it hard to sleep.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the generous breakfast-definitely worth the £10 if you book ahead! The leisure area with comfy seating and a fun games room made our downtime super relaxing. Just a heads up, the in-room coffee was a bit basic, so you might wanna bring your own ☕
